As every year, Swiss Liverbirds organises a gathering at the end of the year to celebrate Christmas and the past year. This year, David, a member who is appreciated by all and always present at our various events, took charge of organising our Christmas, assisted by Quentin, a member of the committee and events manager.
As a true Fribourg native, David decided to welcome us to the Maison du Gruyère in Pringy. Certainly attracted by the fondue on the menu rather than West Ham v Liverpool, 120 people (members and their families/friends) signed up and joined us for the event! It was a historic occasion for Swiss Liverbirds to welcome so many members for Christmas.
A tour of the cheese factory, a delicious fondue (we expected nothing less at the Maison du Gruyère), a victory for our Reds at West Ham and our traditional raffle. A big thank you to David for organising everything.
