Autumn is here, we are already at the end of the year. We invite you to our traditional Christmas activity which will take place in Seeland,
Saturday 16 December 2017
We will meet you at 3:30 pm at the Papilorama in Kerzers (www.papiliorama.ch) to discover some plant and animal beauties of our planet.
Then, we will move to “the Auberge de la Sauge”, La Sauge 2, 1588 Cudrefin, which will open its doors especially for us! After an aperitif offered by your fan’s club, The chef Angelo will delight us with a beef carpaccio followed by a guinea fowl stuffed with mushrooms accompanied by grilled polenta and vegetables. and to finish a traditional Christmas log cake. (a vegetarian option is also possible (mushroom risotto
)). We request a participation of CHF 40 .- / adult and CHF 25 .- / child. An increase of CHF 15.- will be requested for non-members Drinks will be charged to participants.
