On Sunday September 6th, the General Assembly of the Swiss Liverbirds 2020 took place in Treyvaux, in the canton of Fribourg. Normally organised every year in June, our General Assembly had to be postponed because of the COVID-19.
This new date coincided with the ‘This Means More (TMM) Challenge’, an event organised by the LFC Foundation and which aimed to get the LFC Supporters Clubs to take action to help people in need in their region.
We obviously participated to the TMM Challenge by asking our members present at the GA to bring essential goods for the association La Tuile, a night shelter in the canton of Fribourg. We also organised a tombola, thanks to which we were also able to make a donation of CHF 1,000 to the association.
