« Swiss Liverbirds » is an official Supporters Club of Liverpool FC.
Our Supporters Club was founded in July 2001 with the wish for a group of friends to meet and share moments around a common passion : Liverpool Football Club.
Over the years, this group has grown and then in 2007 was officially recognized by Liverpool FC as an Official Supporters Club.
To date, our Supporters Club has more than 400 members. Swiss Liverbirds is present mainly in French-speaking Switzerland but has members throughout Switzerland. We are pleased to welcome Liverpool FC supporters who live in German-speaking Switzerland but would also inform you that there are also two other official Supporters Club in our country: Zurich Supporters Club and “Central Switzerland”, located in Aarau
In 2016, Liverpool FC wanted to put a geographical link between its Official LFC Supporters Clubs and their home areas. For that reason, the official name of our supporters club has evolved and is now officialy called “Lausanne Supporters Club (Swiss Liverbirds) “.
The aim of our Supporters Club is to promote Liverpool FC’s values in its supporters community in Switzerland and to allow our members to get together to share our common passion for the Reds.
In addition to our trips to Anfield and across Europe to support the Reds, we organize various activities throughout the year for our members across Switzerland (televised games, leisure activities, football tournaments, etc.).
Our Supporters Club is also involved in charity work and has raised money for the Hillsborough Juctice Campaign, Jamie Carragher’s 23 Foundation, Food banks, etc. etc.
